A Group for Women Rebuilding After Divorce
Divorce is not just a legal process.
It’s an identity shift. A nervous system shift. A relational shift.
And too many women walk through it alone.
Divorced Moms Rising is a small, intentional group for women navigating life after separation — whether the ink is barely dry or you’re still finding your footing years later. This space is designed to support you as you rebuild your voice, stabilize your nervous system, and reclaim your sense of self.
This isn’t a venting circle (though your feelings are welcome).
It’s not legal strategy (though we understand the legal stress).
And it’s not about blaming your ex.
It’s about strengthening you.
In this group, we focus on:
Regulating your nervous system during co-parenting stress
Understanding the relational patterns you’re unlearning
Rebuilding confidence and decision-making clarity
Setting boundaries without guilt
Supporting your children through transition
Navigating identity, sexuality, and independence post-divorce
Reclaiming joy without apology
You’ll be witnessed. You’ll be challenged. You’ll be supported.
Group work matters because healing happens in relationship. When women sit together and tell the truth about what they’re carrying, something shifts. Shame softens. Isolation decreases. Strength returns.
This group is grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and systems-based work. We don’t just focus on what happened in the marriage — we look at the broader context shaping your story and help you move forward with intention.
