Support for the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change
Trauma-informed, relational therapy in Bend integrating EMDR, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and parts-informed approaches.
You Are Not the Problem—The System Matters
At Systems Centered Wellness, we don’t view distress as something that lives only inside you. We look at the systems, relationships, and environments that have shaped your experiences, your beliefs, and your nervous system.
Many people come to therapy feeling:
Stuck in old emotional patterns
Overwhelmed by anxiety or stress
Carrying the weight of past trauma
Disconnected from themselves or others
Our work focuses on helping you understand these patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Our Approach to Individual Therapy
We use a systems-centered, relational model that integrates several evidence-based and experiential approaches, including:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and distressing memories
Internal Family Systems–informed therapy to explore different parts of the self with curiosity and compassion
Body Integrated therapy (somatic) to reconnect with the body and release stored tension
Polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation to build emotional stability and resilience (this work honors the ways our nervous systems adapt to relational, cultural, and systemic stress, and centers regulation as a pathway to greater agency, connection, and choice).
Trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, pacing, and choice
Narrative therapy to help you make sense of your story, separate from limiting labels, and reshape the meanings that guide your life
Rather than relying on one method, therapy is tailored to your needs, your goals, and your pace.
"When I dare to be powerful - to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
