ADHD Testing for Children, Teens, and Adults
Objective, computer-based attention testing that helps bring clarity to focus, impulsivity, and everyday functioning
and it only takes 15 minutes!
The Ripple Effect
When attention improves, daily life becomes more manageable.
When life feels more manageable:
Stress decreases
Relationships improve
School and work functioning increase
Family dynamics become more stable
Supporting one person’s nervous system and attention can shift the entire relational field around them.
That’s the ripple effect in action.
What is ADHD testing?
ADHD is not just about being distracted or “hyper.” It affects attention, impulse control, emotional regulation, organization, and follow-through in daily life.
Because ADHD can look different from person to person, good assessment includes both clinical understanding and objective data.
At Systems Centered Wellness, we use the MOXO Attention Test, a scientifically supported, computer-based assessment designed for children, teens, and adults.
What is the MOXO test?
The MOXO is an objective continuous performance test (CPT) that measures how attention and impulse control function in real time.
It is:
A computer-based attention test
Used with children, teens, and adults
Typically completed in about 15–20 minutes
Used worldwide in clinical and educational settings
Unlike many older attention tests, the MOXO includes visual and auditory distractions that resemble real-life environments.
This helps measure how a person’s attention works in situations that feel more like everyday life.
What the MOXO test measures
The test evaluates four core areas commonly affected by ADHD:
Attention – ability to stay focused on the task
Timing – response speed and consistency
Impulsivity – tendency to respond too quickly or inaccurately
Hyperactivity – excessive or unnecessary responses
Results generate a quantitative attention profile that helps clinicians understand patterns of functioning.
Research has shown the test can identify attention difficulties with high reliability and accuracy when used as part of a full clinical assessment.
Who is this for?
ADHD testing may be helpful if you or your child:
Struggle with focus, organization, or follow-through
Feel chronically overwhelmed or forgetful
Have trouble with impulsivity or emotional reactivity
Are underperforming at school or work despite effort
Have been wondering about ADHD for years
Need documentation for school or work accommodations
Our Approach
At Systems Centered Wellness, we don’t see ADHD as a character flaw or simply a brain problem that exists in isolation.
Attention is shaped by:
Stress and nervous system load
Sleep and daily rhythms
Family and relational environments
School or workplace demands
Trauma, transitions, or burnout
An ADHD diagnosis does not mean you are not intelligent or that something is wrong with you. In fact, there is evidence that some of the most brilliant minds have features of ADHD
Testing gives us objective data—but the meaning of that data comes from understanding the whole person and the systems they live within. We use it as helpful information to support your optimal success in life across settings.
